Preparation for "Grace That Amazes"

As we sing so many songs about Grace, think of the word in the first verse “wretch.” We cringe when we think of that word. Many modern versions have changed it. The dictionary definition says: miserable person, one profoundly unhappy, one who is sunk in vice or degradation, a vile person. This is where we are.
Grace is not a “help” from God to help us get to heaven. It is apart from anything we can do. If we attempt to do anything to help grace, we cancel grace out. There is no grace mixed with works to allow us to know God. There are only two religions in the world. One is of human achievement, and one is of divine accomplishment. Christianity is the only religion of divine accomplishment. It is the only way to heaven.

We Believe - What are they saying?

“I Finally listened to the CD. I love it! The choir sounds fantastic! I liked the choir singing all together more than listening to the soloists. You guys sound so professional. Did you have a live band? The music was great too!’

Gloria Hill, Secretary
LaCanada Presbyterian Church, CA

Spring Break?

We will rehearse as normal on March 21. We need every moment we can get. There will be  no AWANA on that date. Those with children too old for the nursery should try to make   other arrangements for childcare that night. We presently are experiencing a shortage of childcare workers.
