Youth Ministry
Being a teenager in today’s society is not an easy task for students or parents. It seems like they change into a different creature when they enter the “teenage zone.” In understanding what teenager and parents are going through, we want to do whatever we can to point them to the love of Christ.
From the time teenagers enter our youth ministry in the 7th grade to the time they exit from our youth ministry in 12th grade, we hope that they become kingdom builders and continue to have an impact to reach people for Christ. Much of the middle school years is directed towards them learning from God’s Word from our excellent teachers and showing them what it means to have a vibrant relationship with Christ. As they enter 9th grade, we hope to gradually let students get involved in ministry, alongside our adults, through the gifts that God has given them.
It’s amazing how God used teenagers in Scripture and we use these examples, such as David, to show them that they can serve God and make a difference even now as teenagers.
Parents are in important part of our youth ministry. We want to be a partner in ministry with parents as we both encourage and love teenagers.

Sunday Morning Bible Study
9:30 a.m.
Join us at HIS Place every Sunday morning as we dig into God’s Word. We start off every morning in a large group and then split into different age-graded small groups.
Student Ministry Teams
The purpose of our student ministry teams are to allow students to be active in ministry through the sharing of their talents and gifts.
Our Student Ministry Teams consist of our Youth Choir, Drama Team, and Worship Band. They rehearse every Sunday at 5:00 p.m. and perform occasionally during the church worship services and Student LIFE.
Student Ministry Teams are open to all students.

LIFE
Every Wednesday night from 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m., we meet at HIS Place for youth led worship, games, prayer, and Bible Study. It’s a great time for students to learn through God’s Word and fellowship with other students. We encourage students to invite their friends to hear the gospel of Christ.
A concession stand and arcade style games are available for students as well.
